We all know her and remember her story from American Idol, and from the moment she took her place at the auditions we fell in love with that voice.She shocked the judges but even more the thousands upon thousands watching at home. However it was her beauty and charm that captured the hearts of thousands of viewers that voted for her. She won the season she was on and gave us hit after hits once she took her place among the many names of music. She has collaborated over the years with some of the biggest names in the industry today! She gives you chills every times she sings she can either break you down, or lift you up but either way you take the journey. She did a movie on the Lifetime woman's channel about how she came to her fame, and the struggles of being a single, young, pregnant women. She also toured a lot in the middle of many projects, now she is back and I know I'm glad. She took us all by storm with her role in the Broadway musical play "The Color Purple " when she played Celie. She is also expected to be starring in her own reality TV show coming this 2010 so look out for that! Also the word is the third album is on it's way also in 2010 and it's anything like the first two consider me sold already!
